Peptide Calculator

Calculate concentration, syringe draw volume and approximate units based on vial amount, water added and target research amount.

Quick Presets

Example presets only. Always verify your own vial label, water volume and intended research amount.

Enter the total peptide amount printed on the vial label.

Enter how many mL of water were added to the vial.

Enter the target research amount in milligrams.

Calculation Results
Enter values above to see calculation results.
Visual Syringe

Select syringe size to estimate where the draw would sit on a common U-100 insulin syringe.

Enter values to see equivalent syringe units.
Quick Reference

Your target amount will be highlighted once values are entered.

Peptide Calculator Guide

What does this calculator do?

It converts vial amount and added water into concentration, then estimates the draw volume and U-100 syringe units for a selected research amount.

Units are not milligrams

Insulin syringe units measure volume, not peptide amount. The amount per unit changes depending on the vial size and water added.

Basic formula

Concentration equals vial amount divided by water added. Draw volume equals target amount divided by concentration.

Storage note

Research peptides are commonly discussed as being stored refrigerated and protected from light after reconstitution. Always follow supplier guidance.
