A couple of things — because I work shift work, some days I train at 5am and other days at 6pm. What’s the best time to take them?

Would late at night be the best option maybe couple hours after dinner?

Also, where can I find out more about dosing protocols etc.? Appreciate it if you’re able to share anything with me.

3 days a week. Ss-31 mon,wed,fri
Mots c and nad+ tues,thurs.

Ss-31 4mg per shot
Mots c 3mg per shot
Nad+ 50mg per shot

Has anyone tried Dihexa sub q injectable form? How was your experience? What dosage and frequency did you take? Eg:- daily in the morning? Did you cycle for 4 weeks then have 2 off to stop desensitisation? And finally where did you buy it from? Thanks in advance

I am a 37 year old guy who is 3 months into a body recomposition project. Was quite overweight and hadn’t trained in 15 years. I’ve dropped 13kg, have been carefully tracking all food and have been progressing well in the gym, 5 weight training sessions and 2 cardio sessions per week. I’m happy with my progress but I know I could probably accelerate things with peptides.

From the research I’ve done I’ve been considering Reta + Tesa or Reta + CJC/Isa

Is there anything else I should consider?
