Score Breakdown
Our Experience
Peptide Hub has now used Ozcanium Analytics for multiple independent peptide tests. The analytical side of the service has consistently been its strongest area, with professional reports that provide the level of detail we want to see when assessing a peptide sample.
Our original July submission was less polished from a customer-experience perspective. Receipt confirmation and progress updates were limited, and the ordering process relied heavily on email, manual invoicing and a separate sample submission form.
Importantly, improvements to the website alone are not enough for us to increase a laboratory’s rating. Our updated assessment also considers our more recent testing experience, including the turnaround achieved during our August submission.
Our Latest Test
In August 2026, Peptide Hub returned to Ozcanium Analytics for another independent submission, this time testing a 10mg Retatrutide sample. The experience was considerably faster than our original July test.
Turnaround
Ozcanium currently states a typical turnaround of 4–10 business days, beginning after the sample is received and the required intake and payment conditions are satisfied.
This is competitive with other Australian peptide testing options. Importantly, postal transit to the laboratory should be separated from actual laboratory processing time when comparing turnaround between labs.
Our original July test was slower. That sample was recorded as arriving at Ozcanium on 9 July and the final report was received on 23 July. We also had to follow up during that submission for receipt confirmation and progress updates.
Our August submission represented a clear improvement, with the final report delivered on 13 August after the sample had only been posted on 4 August.

Independent Test Result
The final report included identity confirmation, purity and net content analysis together with supporting analytical data, chromatograms and a verification code.
View Full Test ReportReport Quality
This remains Ozcanium’s strongest area.
Our reports clearly presented measured peptide content and purity alongside identity confirmation and supporting analytical data. Rather than simply providing a pass or fail result, the reporting gives users enough information to understand what was actually measured.
Ozcanium also provides report verification, allowing the authenticity of issued reports to be checked rather than relying solely on screenshots or PDF copies circulating online.
Testing Available
Ozcanium offers peptide testing covering identity, chromatographic purity and measured peptide content, with additional analytical services available depending on the sample and testing requirement.
The laboratory also offers blend and stack analysis and endotoxin testing. Ozcanium has taken a relatively conservative approach to introducing new analytical services, rather than advertising methods before they are ready for routine use.
Customer Experience
Customer experience was the main area holding back our original Ozcanium rating.
During our first test, the analytical work itself was strong, but there was limited proactive communication after the sample had been sent. We would have preferred automatic confirmation when the sample arrived and clearer progress updates while testing was underway.
Ozcanium responded constructively to that feedback and has since rebuilt much of the customer-facing process. Online ordering and submission are now available and the overall service is significantly more structured than during our first submission.
We still want to see how this upgraded system performs through additional live submissions before considering the customer experience fully proven.
Would We Use Ozcanium Again?
Yes.
Ozcanium has become one of our preferred Australian options for independent peptide analysis.
The analytical work is strong, the reporting is detailed and the current turnaround is competitive with other Australian peptide testing services. The major weakness in our original experience was the customer-facing workflow rather than the laboratory analysis itself, and Ozcanium has made substantial changes in precisely that area.
Final Verdict
One of Australia’s strongest peptide testing options.
Ozcanium combines detailed analytical reporting, competitive turnaround times and Australian-based testing with a substantially improved customer experience.
Our original submission identified weaknesses around communication and workflow, but subsequent testing has been faster and the laboratory has introduced significant changes to its ordering and submission system.
Peptide Hub will continue updating this review as we complete further independent submissions through Ozcanium’s current testing workflow.
