Summer Shred Peptide dosing info
PeptidesSo I’m going to run Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin, and I might chuck Reta in as well.
A couple of things — because I work shift work, some days I train at 5am and other days at 6pm. What’s the best time to take them?
Would late at night be the best option maybe couple hours after dinner?
Also, where can I find out more about dosing protocols etc.? Appreciate it if you’re able to share anything with me.

But they can over state how much is really needed for example reta increases every week but if you are feeling good on a certain dosage there’s no need to increase. So I would head to reddit to see what people say about dosages and then make an informed decision.
I am on the same stack now. Been on Reta for 10 weeks
Tesa + ipa 7 weeks
I take Reta on a Monday before I go to work
Tesa and ipa same time 3 hours after your last meal and half a hr before bedtime. Do a 5 day on 2 off (Monday -Friday weekends off) so your receptors don’t desensitise.
You can’t have anything within a 2-3 hr window that is going to spike insulin as it ruins the affect of the peptides.
Tesa 1mg per day with ipa .300
I might end up running reta and hgh instead.
HGH is obviously the king pin and will be alot cheaper than Tesamorelin
