Best peptides for fat loss/body recomp

Peptides

I am a 37 year old guy who is 3 months into a body recomposition project. Was quite overweight and hadn’t trained in 15 years. I’ve dropped 13kg, have been carefully tracking all food and have been progressing well in the gym, 5 weight training sessions and 2 cardio sessions per week. I’m happy with my progress but I know I could probably accelerate things with peptides.

From the research I’ve done I’ve been considering Reta + Tesa or Reta + CJC/Isa

Is there anything else I should consider?

13kg in 3 months? That's great results. Keep the weightlifting going as your at risk of losing muscle when if you keep cutting at that speed. Reta will continue to help with the fat loss but keep in mind CJC might send a competing signal for hunger. Only add 1 compound at a time and tbh i dont think you need anythese else at this point, especially Tessa is so expensive and really doesn't do that much. I am not an expert but if I were you I would eat back at maintenance for 3 weeks with the sole focus of getting stronger at the gym and then I would take Reta and go in a manageable calorie deficit from there (500-700 calorie deficit). The reason for eating back at maintenance for a few weeks is to reset your metabolism and give your body the fuel it is most likely craving to build some muscle. A deficit for too long unbroken can cause more issues in the future. Keep protein high the whole time (1g per lb of goal body weight). Again, this is just my opinion.
